The questions employers actually ask

What does it cost, and when do I pay?
Permanent hires work on a success fee of 10–15% - you pay only when you hire. On-Demand runs on an open-book policy: a standard 25% margin on the specialist's hourly rate, fully transparent. No retainer traps, no surprises.
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
It's your choice. Either we find you a free replacement, or you take a 3-month refund guarantee - 75% of the invoice back if the person leaves in month 1, 50% in month 2, 25% in month 3. In practice, we've never had to use either.
How is this different from a job board or a generic agency?
We don't post and pray. We work only in Salesforce, we're part of the Polish community, and we shortlist people we already know and have vetted on real capability - backed by our own market report.
How fast can you deliver a shortlist?
Usually 3–4 days from brief to first shortlist. Because we already know the people, we're not starting a search from scratch - On-Demand specialists can be mobilised in days too.
How do you handle data and GDPR?
Candidate data is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR/RODO. We never CV-blast and we never share a profile without consent.
