Why TeamCo exists
TeamCo Cloud was founded in 2023. In October 2024, Phillip Poynton - one of Poland's leading Salesforce recruiters and founder of the TeamCo & Friends Foundation - brought the agency and the foundation together under the shared TeamCo brand and a community-first mission.
The Polish Salesforce market is small, experienced and world-class - teams delivering complex enterprise implementations, often directly for overseas clients. It's not a cheap back-office; it's a partner. But hiring into it was still being done by people who'd never met the talent. We do the opposite: we know the people before you ever need them.
Our philosophy is people-first: respectful and human. We don't spam and we don't chase vanity metrics. We treat every candidate the way we'd want to be treated - and we tell employers the truth, even when it's not the easy sell.
