One specialist fills a gap. A key delivery needs a team.
A complete Salesforce team - architects, developers, consultants, QA - assembled for your project, vetted role by role and mobilised together. Open-book pricing. No long-term commitment.
You're here because one of these is true
- A key implementation with a fixed go-live.The scope needs a whole delivery unit - not one hire at a time, arriving months apart.
- Skills you don't have in one place in your company.Integrations + Data 360 + QA, an Agentforce rollout, a migration - the whole project scope, not one skill.
- A programme in trouble. You need experienced people who have rescued implementations before - and can come in together, not one by one.
- A project bigger than your bench. You won a contract. Scaling delivery without permanent hires is today the difference between margin and loss.
If you need one specialist rather than a team, our On-Demand service is the better answer.
We checked how it works in Poland
Half the ecosystem already works this way
48.2% of Salesforce specialists in Poland work on B2B contracts.
Among the profiles you need most urgently, the share is much higher:
- 73.3% of Technical Architects
- 61.9% of Developers
The people who can rescue your delivery already work on contracts. You don't have to convince them to change how they work.
A junior won't step into the role straight away
The junior share of the market fell from 13.66% to 5.85% in a year, while senior and expert-level specialists rose to 46.83% and leadership roles to 17.24%.
The entry-level buffer that used to absorb delivery pressure has thinned out.
Geography stopped being a constraint
59.5% of the ecosystem works fully remotely, 33.7% hybrid, 1.2% fully on-site.

How it works - On-Demand terms, extended for a team
Same flexible, open-book model as On-Demand. What's extended: we verify the need, verify every competency and role, and present the team to you - before anyone starts.
Needs verification
A working session on the delivery itself: goals, timeline, architecture, and which roles the project genuinely needs - not which ones the org chart suggests. If the team you asked for isn't the team the project needs, we'll say so before you spend anything.
Team blueprint, costed
Roles, seniority mix, allocations and rates - the full composition and its cost, line by line, before anyone is engaged. You adjust the blueprint, not the invoice.
Competency & role verification
Every proposed specialist is verified against their specific seat: delivery track record, technical depth, certifications, availability - and how they've worked in teams before. Named people with named evidence, not profiles from a database.
Team presentation
You meet the proposed team, person by person. Accept, swap or reject any seat. Then we paper it: rates, scope, notice, confidentiality and IP - agreed in writing before day one.
Start, together
The team mobilises as a unit, typically within days of sign-off, inside your process and your tools - with one TeamCo point of contact throughout.
Scale or exit
Seats grow or shrink as the project moves. When the scope ends, the engagement ends - and if the fit works, we'll help you convert individuals to permanent hires.
A team quote is the sum of its people - line by line, person by person, rate by rate. Not a blended day-rate that hides who earns what. The same open book as On-Demand, multiplied by the team.
What this is not
This is not body leasing. We don't keep a bench to utilise, so every seat is filled for the project - never for our utilisation numbers.
This is not an offshore delivery pod. You get named specialists from the Polish ecosystem, verified individually, who work inside your team and your process - and you know exactly who they are.
This is not a consultancy takeover. The team works your way, in your tools, with your people. The knowledge stays in your organisation when the project ends.
This is not a long-term lock-in. The engagement is scoped. Seats scale with the scope, and when the scope ends, it ends.
Extended Team against the alternatives
All three models have their place. Here's an honest read of when each one wins.
| Extended Team | On-Demand (one specialist) | Consultancy project team | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best used for | A key implementation or workstream needing several verified roles at once | A single gap, deadline or missing capability | Outsourcing a whole delivery with its responsibility |
| Time to start | Blueprint in days; full team typically within weeks - together | Days | Days to weeks, subject to bench availability |
| Composition visibility | Named people, verified per role, presented and accepted seat by seat before start | Named specialist, chosen by you | Usually the consultancy assigns and rotates staff |
| Pricing visibility | Open book per person: each rate + published 25% margin | Open book: specialist's rate + published 25% margin | Blended day-rates; individual pay not disclosed |
| Who manages the work | You do - the team works inside your process; one TeamCo point of contact for the composition | You do - they work inside your team | The consultancy, under its own delivery method |
| What happens at the end | Clean exit, scale-down - or converting individuals to permanent hires; knowledge stays with you | Clean exit - or conversion to a permanent hire | Knowledge often leaves with the consultancy unless handover is contracted |
