10.9% of Salesforce specialists in Poland are looking for a job.
Your advert competes for that 10.9%. Another 64% would consider a move but will never see your posting. That's the market we work - and we already know the people in it.
The market in four numbers

Three things have changed - and they matter. Read on.
The market is waiting, not empty
Active job searching fell 7.6 points year on year. Those who stopped searching did not become unavailable - they became passive:
- 40.9% are open to an interesting offer,
- 23.4% are looking around without doing anything more,
- the share of the undecided rose 3.5 points.
This is not a lack of interest. It is someone who will change jobs for the right role - only no one has asked them well yet. We know that.
Loyalty is growing
- Tenure of 3 years or more rose from 45% to 54.4%.
- Tenure under 2 years fell 9.4 points.
- Developers and Technical Architects change jobs least often.
The best candidates for these roles rarely look for a job actively - you will not find them on job boards.
Money is back on top as a motivator - but it is not the whole story
We asked what would really make them change jobs. Among those considering a change:
- 71.4% name higher pay,
- 54.3% growth and new skills,
- 41.2% no promotion prospects,
- 41.2% a change of culture,
- 31.7% the quality of company or project management,
- 27.6% the chance to work with other Salesforce products.
If salary is the only argument in your offer, you're competing on the one dimension where someone can always outbid you.

More than recruitment. Data, knowledge, partnership.
Brief, properly
45 minutes on the role, the team, the tech, the progression and the deal-breakers. We'll tell you in that call if we think the role is unhireable as written.
Market map
Who in Poland actually holds this profile, how many of them there are, and what they currently expect. You get this even if you never hire through us.
Direct approach
We talk as Salesforce experts to Salesforce experts - no explaining the basics - and along the way we hear how the market really reacts to your offer.
Vetted shortlist
A tight shortlist, typically within 3-4 working days. Every person has been spoken to about your role specifically and confirmed genuine interest. No CV volume.
Full transparency
We collect feedback, track expectations and notice periods - and if the news is bad, we advise on what comes next.
What we won't do
- We won't send you fifteen CVs to prove we are busy.
- We won't tell you a role is easy to fill when it isn't.
- If the salary range, contract type or return-to-office policy rule out success, you will hear it on the first call - not in the third month.
- We don't fake the enthusiasm of a candidate who is hesitating.
- We won't ruin our reputation for one hire - this ecosystem is small and everyone knows everyone.
We know what each role expects
Offer the wrong contract form and you lose the candidate before salary is even discussed. The market splits almost evenly overall (49.7% employment contract, 48.2% B2B) - but by role it isn't even at all.
| Role | Dominant form |
|---|---|
| Technical Architect | B2B 73.3% |
| Salesforce Developer | B2B 61.9% |
| Solution Architect | B2B 55.3% |
| Salesforce Consultant | Split almost exactly 50/50 |
| Marketing Cloud Engagement | Employment 76.9% |
| Business Analyst | Employment 70.6% |
| CRM Manager / Lead | Employment 70.6% |
| Salesforce Administrator | Employment 68.8% |
59.5% of the ecosystem works fully remotely and 33.7% hybrid. Fully on-site is 1.2% of the market. If your role is on-site, we'll tell you what that costs you in reach before you commit to it.
