No Bullsh!t Salesforce Recruitment: Our Manifest
What "No Bullsh!t" really means at TeamCo Cloud - a list of the things we don't do, on both sides of the table.
It's not a slogan
We wrote it in our manifesto and we'll repeat it here. No Bullsh!t isn't a slogan for a website. It's the way we work, and a list of the things we don't do. It's easy to write "we're transparent" on a page. It's harder to tell a client their offer won't win on this market. Harder still to tell a candidate we don't see a good role for them - and that we won't pretend we do. That's the difference between a declaration and a principle. A principle costs something.
Why in Salesforce recruitment specifically
The Polish Salesforce ecosystem is small, senior and very well connected. People know each other from meetups, from user groups, from past projects. Word of how a recruiter behaved travels in a few days. In a market like that, spin doesn't scale. It works once. Then it stops working forever. That's why transparency isn't a gesture of goodwill for us. It's the only business model that makes long-term sense here. We recruit from a market we live in ourselves, and we come back to the same people year after year.
What No Bullsh!t means for candidates
We talk about money at the start of the conversation, not at the end of the process. If the role's budget doesn't match your expectations, you'll hear it in the first call - not after four interview stages. We don't send CVs without consent. Ever. Your data doesn't circulate so someone can build a database. We give real feedback, including when it's uncomfortable. "The client chose another candidate" is not feedback. Telling you what was missing is. We say "no" to our own roles. If a role doesn't fit your path, we'll say so plainly - even if it means we don't close a process this month. We don't promise a pace we don't control. If the process is stalled on the client's side, we'll tell you it's stalled, and why.
What No Bullsh!t means for employers
This is the part some of the market likes less - and the part that delivers the most value. We tell you when a role can't be filled at the budget. Instead of taking the brief, working for two months and coming back with nothing, we come back with data in the first week. Sometimes that ends in a recommendation to change the range. Sometimes to change the scope. Sometimes a recommendation not to recruit right now. We don't send a pile of CVs to show activity. We send a short list of people we know personally and have checked. If the list has three names, it has three names. We tell you why candidates drop out on your side. A recruiter who only passes on good news is useless as a source of insight about your employer brand. We take responsibility for the match. Hence the guarantee. If it didn't work, we replace or refund.
What No Bullsh!t does not mean
Worth saying plainly, because the phrase gets confused with an attitude. No Bullsh!t doesn't mean a lack of manners. Directness and rudeness are two different things. It doesn't mean publicly commenting on other people's recruitment processes or naming companies on social media. We say the hard things to you, not about you. It doesn't mean breaking confidentiality - quite the opposite. Confidentiality is our default, on both sides of the table. And it doesn't mean we're always right. It means that if we're wrong, we'll say so instead of explaining it away.
Data over opinions
The strongest test of this principle is what we base our market conversations on. The TeamCo & Friends Foundation runs the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland. The second edition was built on an anonymous survey with 904 participants, of whom 585 completed it in full. That's the number we cite with every data claim - and the number we don't round up. Among other things, the report shows that the junior share of the sample fell to 5.85%, that nearly 87% of specialists use AI tools in daily work, and that for the first time we measured the scale of neurodiversity in the Polish ecosystem, at 18.63%. On pay we work with medians and year-on-year direction. Not single examples, and not what someone heard at a meetup. The split here is clean and deliberate. The foundation is independent, and its independence is what gives the data credibility. TeamCo Cloud is a commercial recruitment agency that uses that data. The foundation doesn't sell recruitment. The agency doesn't influence the survey results. We also write openly about the report's limitations. The study has a self-recruited sample, and we say so in the document itself. Data that fakes a certainty it doesn't have is exactly the kind of bullshit we're trying to remove from this market.
Why it matters
Because IT recruitment ran for years on an information deficit. The candidate didn't know what a role paid. The employer didn't know why they lost offers. The recruiter sat in between and made money on the gap. That model is ending. People swap information faster than anyone can control the narrative. A market where both sides know what they're worth is a better market for everyone with something real to offer. We build a market based on data, not opinions. On facts, not guesses. On trust, not appearances. We don't work with everyone and we're not for everyone. We work with those who want honesty, quality and partnership. No Bullsh!t.
